Closing in on 1000!

Hello SOLOS Members!
We are so excited about our growing membership. We are closing in on our goal of 1000 members, with 980 members to date. We hope to do another recruitment walk out at the lakes early in May, with a celebration to follow when we reach 1000. Watch for more info on these events.
Isn't it great to welcome Spring and this wonderful weather. Sure hope you are able to get out and walk the beautiful trails around the back lakes as all the wildflowers are starting to bloom, and the vista views are amazing. Did you know we have approx. 17 miles of natural surface trails around the lakes to explore?
Save the Date- April 21st- to spruce up our beautiful trails.
Come on out and help the Trail Stewards clear some of the most popular trails on Saturday April 21st as a jump start day followed by a finishing day on the following Saturday the 28th. The idea is to wait until most of the weeds have bloomed and then they only have to be hit once or twice this year to get the trails cleaned up. The Trail Stewards are also hoping to get some donations this year to help with supplies and insurance, so any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Donations can be sent to SOLOS at 6040 Puerto Drive, Rancho Murieta. (Copy and paste this video link in your browser window to get a better idea of trail clearing.)
